Varanasi
One of the oldest living cities in the world Varanasi is situated on the western banks of the Ganga and extends beyond the riverbank into a labyrinth of alleys. Filled to the brim with temples and teeming with pilgrims, the city is a magnet for travel enthusiasts. From witnessing vibrant evening Aarti’s at Varanasi’s oldest ghat to touring one of the most significant Hindu temples in India.

Trip Day - 01
May 14TH, 2024
- Arrive at Varanasi Airport and transfer to the hotel for check in. After a short break proceed to visit Golden Temple (Old KashiVishwanath Temple), Annapurna Devi Temple, Vishalakshi temple and Kaalbhairva temple.
- Evening go for a Rickshaw Ride through the narrow lanes of Varanasi. Followed by a Boat Ride on the Ganges and observe Ganga Aarti at sunset.
- Dinner and Overnight at Hotel
Trip Day - 02
May 15TH, 2024
- After breakfast we proceed to visit the Ramnagar fort which lies about 14 km. from Varanasi. It is the ancestral home of the Maharaja of Banaras. Maharaja Balwant Singh built this fort-palace in the eighteenth century. The Ramnagar fort has a temple and a museum within the grounds and the temple is dedicated to Ved Vyasa, who wrote Mahabharata. Legends have it that Ved Vyasa stayed here for a brief period.
- Lunch at an interesting restaurant in the city, sampling the local favourites of Varanasi – Dahi Jalebi, Kachori Subzi, Sattu ke Paranthe, Benarasi Paan.
- Afternoon drive out to visit Sarnath via the Banaras Hindu University, visiting Museum / Archeological site / Temple with Jap architecture.
- Evening with an Astrologer in the comfort of your hotel.
- Dinner and Overnight at Hotel.
Trip Day - 03
May 16TH, 2024
- After a leisurely Breakfast at the hotel, lets step out for some shopping and all things Benarasi!! This includes visit to local craftsmen.
- Lunch while out and return to the hotel to pack and check-out for return journey.
